New GAC Building
Buildco Corp completed new construction of a GAC (Granular Activated Carbon) building for the Roslyn Water District. The project was executed on an accelerated schedule to ensure the facility was fully operational in advance of the summer pumping season. Through careful planning and coordination, the work was completed on time and within budget, supporting uninterrupted water system operations.
Masonry Building & Wood Truss Roof System
The building structure consists of a wood roof truss system supported by solid concrete masonry walls. Interior finishes include a vinyl ceiling with epoxy-coated walls and floors.
