The buildouts for Commack facilities were for a private owner in the pet care industry.   They invested in their businesses to gut renovate the existing retail spaces into state-of-the-art facilities.

Veterinary Hospital & Grooming

The hospital started as three separate retail spaces combined to form the completed foot print.   The completed space is a working hospital with X-ray room, surgery room, dental, 4 exam rooms, warm inviting reception area, medical gas room, offices and restrooms.
