Exterior Renovation

The exterior of the home was transformed into a modern colonial finish with new Pella windows, stone veneer, James Hardie siding and trim.   Exterior extension was installed and terrace above.   New patios, walkways, and landscaping.  Prior work included an outdoor kitchen area with a brick oven and gunite pool.

Interior Renovation

The interior of the home was renovated, including an addition to kitchen/den area, new wood floors, new inset kitchen cabinets, coffer ceilings, crown molding, wainscoting, high-end appliances, hidden pantry, new jack & jill bathroom and new master bathroom.
